General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers . A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with JoMa Technology GmbH .
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer for the products in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after submitting the order.
We will accept your offer within two days by sending a declaration of acceptance by email or by carrying out the payment transaction. The timing of the payment transaction depends on the payment method chosen.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English .
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50 (incl. VAT). There is a surcharge of €16 for express shipping. You can find details about express shipping in the respective offers.
4.2 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Alternatively, you have the option of picking up your order from EmotoParts , Breienskamp, 31141 Hildesheim, Germany, during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices indicated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include VAT.
5.2 Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- Prepayment : You will receive our bank details by email and we will deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
- Credit card : Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
- PayPal, PayPal Express : You can pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal . The payment transaction is carried out after the order has been completed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods for registered customers over which we have no influence.
6. Warranty and guarantees
