Shipping & Delivery Terms

At EmotoParts, we do everything we can to deliver your order reliably, transparently, and quickly.
Below you’ll find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and special conditions.


1. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The total delivery time consists of internal processing time and the actual shipping duration.

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping time: From the day of dispatch, the delivery times below apply depending on the shipping method and destination country.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

📦 Standard Shipping (DHL Parcel)

Carrier: DHL (for larger shipments / motorcycles: Cargo Board)

Delivery times:
– Germany: 2–4 business days
– EU: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs:
– Germany: €6.49 flat rate
– EU: €16.90 flat rate

Free shipping:
– Germany: from €70 order value (excluding bikes / complete motorcycles)
– EU: from €150 order value (excluding bikes / complete motorcycles)

Tracking: Tracking number provided by email
Insurance: Insured up to €500


Express Shipping (EU only, outside Germany)

Cost: €39.00 flat rate
Delivery: Usually within 1–2 business days after dispatch
Tracking & insurance: included


🚚 Freight Shipping (e.g. E-Bikes, fully assembled vehicles)

Carrier: Cargo Board
Delivery time: approx. 4–5 business days after payment received

Costs – Germany:
– E-Ride Pro / Light Bee: €99.00
– Ultra Bee & larger models: €179.00

Costs – EU:
– E-Ride Pro / Light Bee: €169.00
– Ultra Bee & larger models: €249.00


🏠 Local Pickup (Hildesheim)

Pickup location: Breienskamp 26, 31141 Hildesheim
Appointment required: Please schedule via email or phone

Pickup options:
– Boxed (self-assembly): free of charge
– Fully assembled and ready to ride: +€99.00 assembly fee


3. Additional Notes

Holidays & exceptions:
During public holidays, shipping delays may occur – this can affect both logistics partners and manufacturers. Shipping operations resume as normal after holidays.

Refused delivery:
If you refuse to accept the shipment and it is returned to us, we will refund the full purchase amount after receiving the item.

Incorrect address, customs, or delays:
Incorrect addresses, extended customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances may result in longer delivery times.

Shipment tracking:
You will automatically receive a tracking email after dispatch.
If no data appears immediately, please wait 1–2 days, as DHL updates may be delayed.


4. Taxes & Customs Fees

For deliveries to non-EU countries, German VAT is not charged.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees must be paid directly to the shipping provider upon delivery.

Special conditions for Switzerland & the USA:

Prices shown in the online shop are net prices (excluding German VAT) for customers in Switzerland and the USA.
The total shown on the order and invoice is net.

Shipping costs:
– Switzerland: €39.00 (DHL Express)
– USA: €49.00 (DHL Express)

Shipping is carried out via DHL Express under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).
Customers pay the applicable local VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees directly to the courier upon delivery.
