Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
We usually ship your order with DHL as a parcel. All shipments are provided with a tracking number and are insured up to a value of EUR 500.00 Euros. We also ship tires via DHL.
Within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.99 for shipping, processing and packaging. For deliveries to other European countries or Switzerland, shipping costs of EUR 16.90 apply.
For orders over 50.00 EUR we offer free shipping within Germany (excluding e-cross bikes & tires).
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process in the checkout.
Deliveries to other European countries, e.g. Switzerland, are made without VAT. Any customs duties and fees are charged by the shipping service provider and must be paid directly to them.
Express Shipping
For faster deliveries within Germany, we offer express shipping via DHL Express. Orders received by 11 a.m. are shipped the same day, so delivery is usually made the next working day (Monday to Friday). These shipments are also insured and trackable up to EUR 500.00.
There is a flat rate of EUR 24.99 for express shipping.
Shipping In a Box
You can receive your SURRON Light Bee in a box via a shipping company. You assemble it yourself, but you still benefit from our first-class service - even if you have any questions about the assembly.
If you order performance or tuning parts, we will include them directly with your shipping delivery.
The delivery time by freight forwarder is 2-4 working days after receipt of the order and payment.
The shipping costs for freight deliveries are:
- SURRON Light Bee: 99.00 EUR (within Germany)
- SURRON Ultra Bee: 149.00 EUR
- SURRON Storm Bee: 169.00 EUR
Shipping costs for European countries:
- SURRON Light Bee: 169.00 EUR
- SURRON Ultra Bee: 249.00 EUR
- SURRON Storm Bee: 269.00 EUR
Local Pickup
You also have the option of picking up your order directly from us in Hildesheim. To do this, you must make an appointment in advance. If you choose to pick up, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Collections in boxes for self-assembly are free of charge. For special editions, self-assembly is also required, including changing the tires.
Alternatively, you can have us fully assemble your vehicle so that you can pick it up from us ready to drive. We charge EUR 99.00 for this service.
