We are pleased that you are interested in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we will inform you in detail about how we handle your data.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Every time you access a website, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is used to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve our offering in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR.

2. Data processing for contract processing and contact

2.1 Contract execution

In order to fulfil the contract, we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. The data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need this data to process the contract. You can find further information on data processing, in particular on transfer to our service providers, below.

2.2 Customer account

If you create a customer account, we will process your data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR. The customer account can be deleted at any time, either by notifying us or using the function in the customer account.

3. Data processing for shipping purposes

In order to fulfil the contract, we will pass on your data to the commissioned shipping service provider insofar as this is necessary for delivery (Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter b GDPR). If you have consented during or after the order, we will also pass on your email address to the shipping service provider in order to enable a delivery notification.

4. Data processing for payment processing

We work with service providers such as payment providers and credit institutions to process payments. These service providers process the data to process the transaction in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR. You can find further details on processing in the data protection declarations of the respective payment service providers.
